Walk On Foundation has many simple ways you can support us:

  • Join us on Facebook
  • Request info to pass out at Health Fairs, and to Friends/Family.
  • Request brochures about Walk On Foundation
  • Volunteer
  • Donate Medical Equipment that can be granted to those in need.
  • Provide a financial contribution in honor of a specific person and/or illness  (Ex:  In Loving Memory of Ruth who passed due to cancer; you can even note that your contribution solely go towards another who is dealing with that illness.)
  • Become a sponsor (see below)

 

Bronze Level - $10 a month for 12 months or a one time donation of $120.  This level will include your name/business name on our website and in our  Annual Christmas Extravaganza Pamphlet.  (Provides items such as a walker or nebulizer, etc. to a child)

Silver Level -  $25 a month for 12 months or a one time donation of $300.  This level will include your name/ business name on our website and facebook page, and a link directly to your site on the above mentioned. Also will include a small advertisement space in our Annual Christmas Extravaganza Pamphlet.  (Provides items such as a proper burial marker or special labs that are not covered by insurance)

Current Sponsors:

Gold Level - $50 a month for 12 months or a one time donation of $600.  This level will include your name/business name on our website and facebook page, and a link and logo directly to your site on the above mentioned.  Also will include a half page advertisement space in our Annual Christmas Extravaganza Pamphlet.  Your logo will also be included on any signage at events.  (Provides items such as protective suits or protective helmets to keep your loved ones safe)

LEAVE YOUR MARK LEVEL -  $100 a month or a one time donation of $1200.  This level will include your name/business name on our website and facebook page, and a link and logo directly to your site on the above mentioned.  Also will include a full page advertisement space in our Annual Christmas Extravaganza Pamphlet.  Your logo will be included on any signage at events and also be recognized via audio announcement as a sponsor at all events during the year.  (Provides items such as special beds, gait trainers, vital monitors, etc)
