Thank you for applying to be a vendor at our 3rd Annual Christmas Extravaganza. Upon submitting this application you must paypal us booth fee immediately and/or send check within 10 days. You also must follow up with us within 10 days concerning your donation to the auction. NO REFUNDS will be made if you cancel or are a no show.
